MACC& deputy chief commissioner (Operations) Datuk& Seri Azam Baki& when met& by reporters said the individual was not& an Umno MP& (Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez& Rahim).

Asked if Umno politicians would be called to assist investigation& in the case, Azam when met after launching the& Women’s Anti-Corruption Movement (GWAR)& here today, said: It depends on the investigation.& & &

Earlier, an Umno politician denied allegations made against& him on the undersea tunnel project in Penang& and was prepared to be& investigated by& MACC.
