Donald Trump has called for ‘all sides to come together in peace and harmony’ after US authorities intercepted bombs sent to CNN and prominent Democrats. The president said the media must ‘stop the endless hostility and constant negative and oftentimes false attacks and stories’ before congratulating himself on how nice he was being. Suspect packages mailed to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, other politicians and CNN have been intercepted.Â
